"Family solutions has been an absolute blessing to our family. My son sees Stefanie for therapy, Liz as an advocate and utilizes the NP for medication management. My son has received services from another agency in the past and he didn't really thrive. They just kept telling me to do things differently and he never had one on one therapy. Stefanie meets with him twice a week one on one at school and Liz will meet with us online and at home to spend time with him and work on building social skills and gives me tips and tricks to help him as well. The NP is AMAZING. His old provider had him way over medicated and this NP has him on the perfect dose lay out and he's THRIVING! I've never seen my son do so well and I'm beyond grateful to have found them. I'm actually going to be getting some services from them myself soon because of how amazing they have been!"

"Be warned, Family Solutions does not pay their contractors. Be very weary of working with them (both as employees and clients). Tiffany (daughter of owner) hired me for several months, and has refused to pay the final two months of our contract despite services being rendered (to the tune of thousands of dollars). Tiffany and John (daughter/son of owners) both indicated they would pay, but eventually pivoted to false promises, claims that services were not rendered, “we’ll pay later”, etc. - and Owner/father (also John) will not respond to emails. I’m sure they’d have some convoluted explanation of why they changed their minds, but the bottom line is that they allowed not one, but two months of services to be rendered, and that speaks for itself. I would suggest finding a different practice for your needs. Habitually late to meetings, unorganized, etc. Too morally flexible here."
