"Called to see if their Urgent Care was busy on this Saturday morning and the operator said they don't take calls. So if I am sick and have to go through all the trouble to get there and there is a 3 hour wait. For the convenience of the patient they should have some one answer the phone so I could make a decision to come in or not from my home."

"An MA in your reception area falsely accused me of refusing to wear a mask and she sent security after me. 24 hours earlier I was at the main campus for an appt. Walked through Miller pavilion, glickman tower, skyway to Crile. Sat in lounge with patients and employees and exam room with 2 doctors and a nurse. No one in a 3 hour period asked me to wear a mask. Temps aren’t taken. Questions aren’t asked. Mask wearing should be optional."

"I used to love coming to this location for my kids doctors. I always liked the doctors and nurses, I could always get an appointment within a few weeks, I could always talk to the doctor about any concerns I might have. Now you have to schedule out 6 months, and you can't talk to anyone on the phone. I called this office to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late, and was on hold for 20 minutes. I pulled into the parking lot and was still on hold. There's an enormous amount of time to wait between the nurse and doctor, and then more time to wait if you have vaccinations. You see the doctor for maybe 5 minutes and now I just feel like they're in a rush and don't care."
