"Every time I’ve had to come here or bring my kids, it’s been a great experience. Yeah there’s a wait (it’s a walk in clinic) but it’s not like you wait hours. If you cannot get into your PCP, go here. You’ll get great care when you need it. Margie is exceptional!"

"I came into urgent care for abdominal pain and saw Dewanda Porter, she saw me for maybe 5 minutes, did absolutely nothing to help me but tell me to take ibuprofen and rest. I ended up going to University Hospitals because I knew there was something more wrong with me, and I’m glad I went because there was. A few months later I get a bill for $1,100 for a urine sample and a visit? THEY CHARGE $750 FOR A URINE SAMPLE!!! This experience just reminded me why I don’t use the Cleveland Clinic for care, save yourself the pain, time, and money and go somewhere else."
"Cleveland clinic is my preferred healthcare provider. However there is no X-ray available at this urgent care center during certain days so it forces you to use the emergency department. I feel that this should be published information so patients don’t waste their time going there. Or have this be a full service urgent care center."
