"I was traveling and left my toiletry bag including my contacts several states away. I stopped by this office in an emergency to get a few pairs of trial contacts for the rest of my vacation and to drive back home. They ultimately insisting I needed to make an appointment for a full exam there even though I had an unexpired prescription on my phone (and that it was a requirement by the Board of Optometry). I thought the one lady was going to help, but she just pointed out that "that's why you should always have a backup pair of glasses". Um, thanks. They are in my toiletry bag next to my contacts four states away. Another office was easily able to help me."

She was also very thorough going over my eye care history & doing some initial exams for Dr. Rudolph. Dr. Rudolph was great. She spent a lot of time discussing my history and conducted a very thorough eye exam. I felt very impressed and comfortable with the professionalism, level of care & welcoming nature of everyone with whom I had contact. Looking forward to getting my new contacts!"

"I went to my appointment for the second time . The receptionist was great . The doctor was ok but Bailey who takes payments and orders contacts etc was the worst . She was so rude . The way she treated me was unacceptable. When I asked her questions she seemed she looked down on me , and no explanation detail . She was the rudest person I’ve ever had . And she didn’t even care . If she was trying to lose costomer , she did an amazing job !!! The worst customer service!!! I don’t understand everybody left good reviews here …. I guess the lady dose not like Asian ."
