"Staff was very professional. i moved in from the waiting room to an office in less than 15 minutes. And when I was in the office, I only had to wait a couple of minutes, which was very good. The nurse and PA were very professional. Very much appreciate outstanding support."
"Dr. Renfro was very thorough. She listened and evaluated. She gave her evaluation in understandable language. She went over treatment options and allowed us to have input as to which solutions we would like. Her nurse was very good (she was from Bradford, can’t remember name) The staff gave us an approximate time when we scheduled so our wait was nonexistent."
"The receptionist was so sweet! I hadn't slept all night and drove in without an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before they opened. When she came in she answered my questions without even clocking in and then added me to the schedule. I was treated immediately and the Nurse Practitioner was so caring and sweet as well. It was a pleasant visit considering I was sick!"
"I like this on-demand care facility because it’s close to my house and associated with my primary care physician. It’s usually a fast visit to see the doctor and get out of the door with whatever you need for what’s ailing you. They are thorough and comprehensive and if you need a higher level of care there are facilities nearby. I’ll go here every time, or the nearest facility, than go to an urgent care again."
"I visited yesterday for a eye infection and upper respiratory infection I checked in and my wait was not too long in the waiting area. I saw on the board that two appointments were in progress and I was next scheduled. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. I was in the exam room for probably 30-40 minutes before the nurse came in to take vitals. The PA came in after 10 minutes and did not seem very interested in being in the room. Barely listened to what the problem was examined my eyes and then turned around and left saying she would check my chart for medications and order me something, which she did. While I am grateful for the medications for my issues, I felt that she could not wait to leave. Overall 1 1/2 hour wait for less than 5 minutes with the PA. I would hate to think how long of a wait would someone have one a truly busy day"
