"The entire staff was kind and welcomed me to their practice. The PA Savannah was great."

"Office staff is very poor and doctors are leaving this medical group. You'll wait weeks and still won't get a call back."

"I've been going here since I was a teenager, but the quality of care has diminished significantly. The doctor I normally see belittles her patients, has no interest in what you're saying about your symptoms dismissing you almost like she thinks you're stupid, and has no idea how to properly assist patients with mental health concerns. I will be finding a new doctor sadly."

"Wonderful practice! Sarah Berg, PA is the most careful, thorough provider I’ve ever met. Truly an angel on earth! (I saw Dr Smith my whole adult life. When he retired, I went to Sarah). Surecare has been efficient & organized my last few visits."

"I’ve been with Surecare for a good 10+ years and normally saw Clark RobertsPA until he retired. Then they put me with Heather Brahm NP. During Covid they wouldn’t see me in person. Said I needed to go to the Urgent Care. So I did. No problem with Urgent Care. I haven’t had a need to go to Surecare until a few months ago (2022) I called and an appt. Was made for later that day. I received a call a couple of hours before my appt. From a female employee telling me in so many words that they would not see me because they notice I had gone to a doctor in the Kettering network and my insurance wouldn’t allow it. I questioned this and then the employee told me that it’s their rule. I later found out that’s a lie after talking to my insurance and one of my best friends is in top management at Premier and she told me I should have been seen. No place should turn anyone away especially with insurance. The employee told me if I wanted to come in and fill out new patient paperwork they would set me up. I told her I’m not a new patient. She said you haven’t been here since 2020. I told her that’s because you you wouldn’t see me due to Covid and told me to go to the Urgent Care. So I’ll be pursuing this matter further as it’s just wrong what they are doing and how they are treating people."
