Ever woke up that morning so excited to find out and been so excited and overjoyed only to have that joy be stomped on and ripped out by a BUSINESS because they don't know to be sympathetic nor empathetic towards any situation. If you can't have a kind caring front probably shouldn't be running a business catering to new LIFE and dealing with pregnant women. Go here if you don't want to find out the gender and get your heart stomped on ;)"

"From the time I got there at Noon I felt rushed. My mother was lost in Springboro and her GPS wasn’t giving her the correct location. I explained to the owner we drove 35mins to them and asked for help on how she could get to us and he’d shrug his shoulders or say she was too far away and kept asking to reschedule. All we wanted was help on how to get her there, because we’d drove so far out. After 10mins he told us he wasn’t willing to wait anymore and had somewhere to be at 12:30. Why schedule an appt at noon knowing you had to leave so soon, what kind of attention could you really give a client with a 20-25min window from start to finish? And for $100? Very rude and glad I didn’t end up doing business with them. Called another location in Troy who gave me a much better package for my money and got me in same day. Don’t waste your time or money on this establishment unless you want to feel rushed and unimportant."

"We went in 2013 for a 3d ultrasound of our son. We decided to come back with our 3rd baby for a gender determination at 16 weeks because we liked it so well. Baby and the umbilical cord were making it very difficult to accurately determine the babys gender, so after trying for quite a while to see, they are allowing me to come back and not charging to try again. That means alot to us, and is very appreciated that they are trying again."

"I went here back in 2015. They honored a price match for a place I was planning on going in Columbus. We are expecting our thirdand I was hoping to use them again to surprise my husband on what the sex of the baby is since I won’t be getting the normal anatomy scan at 20 weeks ( mine will be at 25). I am currently 17 weeks. However I just called and they refused to price match another location because they claim it’s over 100 miles away. According to google maps it’s 45 minutes away and this place is 20 for me so sorry. I’m gonna save me the 50.00 and go to the other place."
