CareFirst Urgent Care - Springboro

"Shocked by the lack of professionalism by some staff, but also the doctor (L Davis). Upon entering with my child, I heard the doctor complaining about people not using Kids Express. (Mind you Kids Express opens two hours after CareFirst). While waiting I was shocked to hear this doctor discuss his political beliefs and strong opinions loudly to his staff right at the front desk while scrolling the web. In addition, the staff proceeded to all discuss other coworkers that weren’t present with the doctor. He led the conversation, confused why someone wouldn’t like him, but I have ideas. While I understand they don’t probably want to see kids, my son clearly had strep and needed antibiotics, so I was just trying to be efficient. Well the nurse was rude and clearly annoyed by the whole thing. The doctor was surprisingly kind to my kid, but still sarcastic with him and rushing him along. He was rude and demeaning to me. In short, don’t take your kids, they don’t want them anyway and it won’t be any faster and they will be rude and unkind. Also, do not expect respect or professionalism. Also, maybe only go if you are a white male and not a marginalize group as the doctor clearly does not respect women and talked ill about a marginalized religious group."

"I seen the nurse practitioner at this location. She was very friendly and kind. I have had the same medical problem for several years with know answers and today she may have finally gave me answers to all my medical problems I've been having. Wish they had more seating in the lobby area but the nurse practitioner was amazing and all other staff was friendly as well."

"Another location provided poor service to me and kept telling me they were too busy to read my test results and provide medication as needed. I called the springboro location, they read my results, and issued me medication swiftly. I’ll only use this location moving forward. Thanks Luke for the great service!"

"The staff was great and efficient. Even in a holiday we got in and seen within 30 minutes and my child got the medicine she needed. Will definitely use this urgent care again when needed."

"I had just gotten off of work and had about 25 minutes to make it to Carefirst Urgent Care before 8:00 p.m. when they close. So I easily filled out the paperwork online on their website and uploaded my driver's license and insurance card so that way I only had to practically sign my name when I arrived which was awesome. I arrived at 7:51 p.m. and they closed in 9 minutes and I could only assume they were probably hating me for showing up that late right before they were going to clock out and go home but instead of hearing a "I'm sorry we can't see you this late, come back tomorrow at an earlier time.", I surprisingly heard a welcoming hello when I walked in and they did mention they were closeding by that time in like 5minutes but the NP was sitting right there and he kindly asked me what was generally going on with me to be coming in today (since their was no other patients in the building) and I explained the reason and thankfully it was a very quick fix, and he was more than happy to still see me back in the back rooms and his professionalism went above and beyond what he could have done due to it being past closing time at this point. He still was very nice, took his time to listen to me, then explained the treatment plan and the medicine he was prescribing multiple times so I knew exactly everything he was prescribing and the reason to why he was prescribing it. Then I told them the pharmacy I wanted them to send the prescriptions to and I was out the door in less than 10-12mins! Best urgent care I've been to and best staffing and NP! Extremely professional, kind, and clean & sanitized inside. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
