"It has taken me over a year to write this review. Please know that doctors Raines, McCullough, Kimble and Fralick are amazing. However, I had a miscarriage (my first ever pregnancy) and had to be seen by the doctor on duty, Dr. Brittan. When I asked her if I could expect this to happen with each pregnancy, given my age, she responded, "I don't have a magic ball." She was extremely rude to a couple grieving and acted like we were a burden to her."

"I have to laugh at all the one stars, I have been with this practice for years now, had several surgeries by different providers and I have seen every provider here while pregnant, post op or just for a yearly exam and these doctor are the best! My favorites are Dr. Little, Dr. McCullough is an amazing doctor and surgeons, Dr. Doucette delivered by daughter, and Dr. Leary did my annual physical and all of them are wonderful. Love this practice!!!"

"The 3 stars have nothing to do with medical care. I don't want to drag your number down too much for this or I'd give 1 star because this was frustrating. This review is only because I tried calling to schedule an appointment. I was pleased that I had the option to leave my number to get a call back, until my phone rang and I was immediately on hold. I thought someone would be on the other end pretty quick. It was a 14:49 hold before someone picked up. I thought you should know in case there's a problem with your phone system that needs to be fixed."

"I rarely write reviews, but i wanted to say what a great experience i had at my appt with Dr. Doucette! He spent so much time talking with me and making me feel comfortable. I will definitely go back to him!"

"I've been coming to oak Creek for the longest time. Up until recently, I have been nothing but pleased. My dissatisfaction is not with my provider (she is great) but with the office as a whole. I recently had blood work done that seems to be coded wrong. I have spent months trying to get this figured out. MULTIPLE times I have called the nurses line to get information and am given attitude and that's only when they answer the call. My insurance company has tried multiple times to get in contact with the office as well... Leaving voicemails that never get returned and even sending letters with no response. This has been beyond frustrating and it is clear that they do not really care for the patient. It is unfortunate that a staff can drive away a patient but I will be looking for a new provider for my future care."
