Walk In Urgent Care

"Went in because I have had a migraine and dizziness for 2 days straight, the nurse was nice I told her what had been going on she said to let her talk to the doctor and the doctor came in the room and asked what I had taken for my “headache” I told her Tylenol she said have you tried Motrin I said no, she said I suggest Motrin and Tylenol that usually helps and it’s probably the beginning of a cold so I would get something for mucus as well then I left. I was the for like a total of 6 minutes. I’ve never been so rushed out and brushed aside before. I’ve been here before and it was great experience but this was not good at all. P.S. still in pain"

"Went in for throwing up for multiple days most of the staff was nice but the "doctor " was very rude and rushing to get me out and said if I can hold down water then just don't eat. Then said I should Mozy, myself to the E. R. Never have a been more mad and Irritated with a doctor in my life"

"I went to this location on Saturday, 10/21/23, for a cyst on my underarm that recently just started hurting to the point I couldn't lift up my arm. I was able to walk in, get seen within minutes and the cyst removed. Lisa was the nurse practitioner and she was phenomenal!! She was very pleasant and she made me laugh which helped me tremendously because I don't like needles, being cut, and I was pretty nervous and in a lot of pain. She took her time with me and explained things very well to me. She prescribed an antibiotic in case there was a chance of infection. I know it wasn't an easy procedure, especially to be done in an urgent care setting, but she did a fabulous job and I can't thank her enough for taking the time to take care of this issue for me. I was getting concerned because it kept getting bigger and I started to not feel well and I was afraid of it turning into sepsis which isn't good. So I am extremely thankful to her for her time, patience, knowledge, making me as comfortable as she could, and for the antibiotic. The young lady at the front desk was also very sweet and helpful as well. I know where to go if I need any other help with illness for myself or my son in the future. Keep up the amazing work!!"

"Says they're open until 8. We arrived at 7:31 and they turned us away saying they already had their last patient. They said they stop taking patients at 7:30. We were one minute late with a 2.5 year old who I suspect has his first ever ear infection and they still didn't care. I understand not taking patients until the time you close, but the lack of empathy was unnecessary. Just a warning to others, if you won't make it by 7:30 don't even bother trying."
