"Only just started going today and completed the initial mental health assessment. I felt as comfortable as one could be in a situation discussing issues/why I want help. The staff were very friendly and able to provide same day and next day solutions to my particular case."

"I was ordered to attended Solutions in Springboro through Warren County Court. The group session I attended lasted approx. 2 to 3 months just depending on attendence in the Tuesday night (Google Meet) class (1 1/2hrs). Class participants were also required to attend 1 individual meeting (1 hour) on Google meet once a month. Anqi was my counselor at Solutions. As much as I did not want to be involved with Solutions or Google meets, Anqi was able to keep me connected with the program and made it somewhat enjoyable. Anqi was very accommodating to contact with any questions or concerns. Anqi is an asset to Solutions and the the industry as a whole. It comes to the point if you are honest with your counselor and staying on the right path the class should not be an issue. Overall if someone I know was ordered to take the classes Solutions offers, I would have no problem referring them to Anqi and Solutions of Springboro. Thank you, Joe Williams"

"Very educated counsellors, with very helpful information. Stood by me while I went through the entire process. I appreciate everyone from this office who had a help in my sobriety, and staying sober."

"I can't understand the bad reviews I read about this place. They not only stayed by my side until the very end, but my counselor always went above and beyond. I was always given patience ,empathy, understanding and never felt like I was just a patient."

"This place is not about helping. I needed to be seen for psychiatric problems following the loss of my son. I called and asked if my husband could pick up and drop off my intake packet as I work and can not afford to take off work without a two week request. Celina at the front said yes he could. He dropped off the packet and asked if I could schedule the intake appointment because I work. Celina told him she would make an arrangement with her supervisor. She used a poor choice in words as I found out today she meant she would need to ask the supervisor for permission. According to Celina, her supervisor said no because I hadn’t actually dropped the packet off, which btw Celina had said was not a problem just the day before. Celina made the statement that had I dropped off the packet so they could “meet” me it would have been different and the supervisor might have agreed to schedule my intake appointment. Which leads me to understand that if I met whatever their standards are to schedule appointments, I would’ve been able to do so. What are these standards? I have no idea but the suggestion is outrageous seeing as I’ve already been a patient at solutions in 2017. I’m not sure what qualifications I needed to fill for the supervisor to agree on scheduling an appointment but I hope to god it wasn’t on looks or demeanor because frankly everybody who goes to solutions needs some sort of help. I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and the gaslighting on Celina’s part when she tried to convince me that she hadn’t told me what she did. I will reach out to the supervisor and I don’t expect any less than more gaslighting behavior given that she has the ability to pick and choose who gets to schedule appointments based on whatever standards are met when they “meet” them. The last thing a place SUPPOSED to help people needs is people who gaslight the very patients there for help."
