"I went to see Dr.Brend bc Dr.Suzanne moves to OSU amd I will be following her. Dr. Brenda was rude and wouldn't let.me explain what was going on and told me it was this and that without any medical procedure at all,.and 2 days later I have another swollen cyst on my breast.. Only went off of what her practitioner said. Dr. Suzanne now's all needed about my condition. I've never felt so u cared for in my life.,"

"Susan (the Nurse Practitioner) is awesome. She has great people skills. I would recommend her to anyone. However, the same cannot be said about the reception office. I have called after receiving a bill to make a payment and left a voicemail, but never got a call back. I called and spoke to them about needing to call my insurance company to help answer questions about a claim that was denied. After 2 weeks, I called back to get an update. I spoke to Melissa. It seems as if my questions were annoying her. I explained to her that my insurance company denied my claim for my MRI, because it had not been a year since my last one. I asked if she could find out when was my last MRI. She breathed heavily before finding the information for me. Once the information was found, she came back and told me my last mammogram was... I replied that I was not looking for the mammogram, but instead the MRI. She raised her voice at me and said "that's what I said.:" "No, it was not what you said" I retorted. "You said mammogram. I get both procedures done." I added that I feel like she was being snippy with me. She kept quiet for a while and I asked to speak to someone else. I spoke to Charity who was able to help me out. Her conduct was unprofessional and unbecoming of a receptionist at a doctor's office, especially an oncology office. The reception office needs to do a better job at returning phone calls. I have reached the point where I no longer leave voicemails; instead I call until I get someone on the phone. That's not acceptable."

"Dr. Brenda literally helped save my life, years ago. She went above and beyond her job as a surgeon. She was extremely comforting and reassuring. 20 plus years later, and I still never had a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients like she does. Dr. Brenda taught me many things far as, the correct diet for me and WHY certain things weren't good for me health wise. She's extremely analytical and always broke things down in a way I could understand. If it wasn't for her, I could have been on painkillers heavy because of the major surgeries I had but, she always explained the importance of not becoming addicted to drugs. It always stuck with me. I still have to assist doctors in aiding me; a lot of things they do not understand because, I was/am a rare case. Certain foods would trigger different things along with medications. Dr. Brenda understood because, she really cared about me. She treats her patients like close family. This lady literally took a basketball size tumor from me, not including the other ones. There's no way, she not one of His angels... part time, at least."
