"If you are looking for a vet for your fur baby, look no further! I've been going to TSAC for the last year and a half, and they've been wonderful. Dr. Daniels is phenomenal! Very personable, educative, and his care/respect for all pets is clear. This office is ran extremely well. It is accessible to pet parents (AM drop offs for longer procedures, open until 6 PM, open on Saturdays, available by text, call, or app. Always pick up their phones and I receive call backs promptly). I've never experienced exorbinant wait times. I've never had an issue, period! They alleviate my concerns being a first time pet parent, they follow up by call/text to make sure my cat is doing well, and they're all around, well run and very kind. I definitely recommend this office, Dr. Daniels, and their staff. I so appreciate the kindness they've shown me and my sweet cat. I've since moved 20 minutes away from Blue Ash but I will make the drive every time for this level of patient care."

"I’ve had 2 wonderful visits to Towne Square Animal Clinic now - as a pet owner when something goes wrong or is out of the ordinary it can be stressful & scary. I’m thankful the staff here make the process easy & stress-free. In both of my recent visits the staff has been incredibly friendly, accommodating & want to ensure the best result for me & my pet. They scheduled an appointment for me right away & were very informative talking me through my options & explaining cost implications for each. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Our family has been going to Towne Square Animal Clinic since 1999. I have been to other places with friends and have been soo disappointed or angered in what I’d seen or experienced and felt bad for my friends who used them. The staff here though is amazing and knowledgeable and friendly. They’re prompt in helping and responding. They know what is needed and aren’t pushy or “salesy” either. They truly love helping animals and I feel comfortable leaving my animals in their hands and follow all their advice as it’s always been correct. And it’s like they are all animal whisperers there, they know how to make the animals feel more comfortable too along with making us feel more at ease. They helped us get the help we needed to figure out that one of our dogs had a repeat of a previous spinal injury when we brought her in for her licking her foot too much! We never would have known to prevent this before it got too severe without them if we would’ve just thought “oh she licks a lot”. That’s just the most recent example of their awesomeness… could go on and on. And if we moved to another state, we’d probably make the trip to stick with Towne Square Animal Clinic for our appointments. Stop reading reviews and just call them already!"

"My Charlie is a dog that was very frightened of the vet that I used to take him to. But not at the The Town Square Animal Clinic. The staff is very good with him and now he enjoys going to the vet because he gets to see them. They are so very nice and explained to me what I needed to for Charlie. They were patient with me even when I called the next day because I thought of something that I forgot to ask. And they still took the time to explain things to me. What are you doing? What you doing buddy? How are you?"
