"I was suffering from a severe allergic reaction to something that I ate and the ambulance took 25-30 minutes to arrive to help me. Mind you where I work they are less than 10 minutes away…. I was completely swelling up, trouble breathing, red skin and hives, constant itching, itchy throat, bloody red eyes and the ambulance gave me NO MEDICATIONS!!! for this AT ALL. Even the nurses said ambulance did NOTHING!!! Then the nurses had very rude snappy attitudes and tones of voice towards my mother who was VERY CONCERNED and they also took 20 mins to give MEDICATION!! I was literally SUFFERING with no help. I was red and swelling more and the hives increased. I’m very DISAPPOINTED and you all lacked attention, empathy speedy healthcare. Thank god I had my epipens because waiting on Lutheran could’ve made this emergency a lot worst."

"This is by far the worst ER that I’ve ever been to. The security was wonderful and very pleasant but the actual nurses were terrible! I’ve never left a hospital feeling so miserable just based off of the incredibly rude nursing staff. My god I I’ve been to so many hospitals. I would drag myself to a veterinarians office after being shanked before going to that miserable hell hole."

"Tiny lot for a hospital, there was no parking and had to scramble to find parking a few blocks away… at least it is free"
