"While friendly helpful staff and great Drs, people think once they are sitting down in waiting room they can remove their masks. They need security to monitor the waiting areas because these little receptionists are to scared to enforce it, and I don't blame them"
"Cleveland clinic is an amazing hospital with a wonderful staff from all different lines of specialties. In our experience. Everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous from our stay as inpatient and even for appointments when we return to this facility. It is amazing to see the medical advances happening within this organization."
