"I got a create your own pizza thin crust and it was really good. Service was good and fast. I hate the fact that there is no rapid fire up here in Cleveland, and also it was a little bit pricey for the size but still a good pizza."

"So disappointed! Dining room is trashed. 3 people working doing nothing, the 2 girls game from the back if someone came in but I couldn't get anything else I needed because all employees were hiding in the back while patrons cleaned off their own table to have a place to sit. Pizza crust was doughy like they didn't leave in long enough, went next door for edible food after leaving Troy Rapid Fire"

"Haven't been there in a while. No longer offer cauliflower crust. Nodoh pizza is basically thick soup. Taste good, but surely not satisfying. Then the price. 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, $27. Why would you pay that for a snack? Most expensive pizza in the world. Never ever again."

"From 5 to 1 stars. We love this pizza, it is really good when they get it right. Unfortunately, they’re about 50/50 on their order accuracy these days. It’s frustrating to have to remind them to give you the dipping sauces half the time you pick up. But not 1 star frustrating. What dropped it to 1 star was my last order. And my last straw. They messed up something about every single item on my order. Missing all of the dipping sauces, the pictured pizza was completely charred, if it wasn’t blackened, it was so dry it wasn’t enjoyable. They missed one of the two pepperoni sticks and the one I got was burnt too. What sealed their 1 star review is when I called the location to talk about the order, no one answered and the machine said “memory is full.” This screams poor management and the dwindling quality and order accuracy screams underpaid, or poorly trained, or some reason for the staff to not be good at or not care about their manager, the company, or both."
