"This is a change to my original review. Tonight on 2/22 around 7pm I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Food brought out and they mess up my order (not the 1st time). I now have to go in and get them to fix it. I hear the cook call out my fixed sandwich and I still have to stand there for 5 minutes. While STILL waiting the "manager" on duty comes over to another customer and asks him if he is recording him on his phone. Customer yells him no and he is watching the game on his phone. Manager demands that he show him his phone and threatens to kick him out saying recording is not allowed. I then pipe in and tell this lousy excuse of a manager that he needs to calm down. He then comes at me asking if I am telling him to calm down. I say yes then he starts treating to kick me out. This so called manager had MAJOR authoritarian issues and should NOT be in any form of customer service. All the other employees were totally fine. The manager on duty is the only one starting things with customers and then threatening to throw everybody out."

"This location is a mixed bag. Nice staff but horrible food. I’ve had so many bad experiences at this location that I finally did a survey from the receipt. The first time they had me pull forward and wait, which I assumed meant they were making it fresh. Surprise! Everything was cold and the bun was hard! With my free meal I ordered the same thing and the fries were as cold as my car window. I have no idea why they can’t get it right but they’re failing."

"I've had both good and bad experiences at this McD but I feel it's important to amplify the good reviews as much as the dissatisfied ones and just gotta say this frappe looks and tastes awesome! Place was nice and clean. The kiosk made the order easy. Lady behind the counter made it great. 8/29 @8:30pm"
