"I found Rack Attack from Yakima as they are an authorized Yakima retailer and installer. I visited twice in the past week and was very happy with the knowledge and customer service interaction both times. Each time I called ahead and both times they were very helpful on the phone. Today, I called and the phone went to voice mail but they called right back because they saw my phone number on caller ID. I was impressed by that. ...For Yakima, I have a 6 year old Skybox 21, which has an older style of roof rack latches. They had the thumbwheel screw and bolt I needed today and last week I needed a new set of keys for my locks which they also had in stock. Looking in the store, it's on the end of the shopping plaza so there's plenty of door side parking. The store is fresh and clean looking and has plenty of fun displays to look at and inspire you with ideas. If you are looking for anything vehicle rack related, call and then visit this Rack Attack. It's local, so your purchase money stays local and you can get what you want today. If you are visiting the area, it's easy on and off I-275 at Dale Mabry."
