"11/15/2023 -Me and my wife was trying to car shop because our current car was costing us a fortune and draining our paychecks. Until we stopped by on this place this past Monday 11-13-2023 and saw a 2003 Ford Taurus for 1200 down. We met Frank and told him the situation we was in and came to an agreement along making a friend. 20/10 hands down the best customer service there is. "So Friday 11/3/2023 I went with a friend of mine to this lot to view cars. It has been a very long time since I’ve visited a dealership new, used or “by here pay here” that has been as open and honest as the people at One Stop Auto. We dealt with Paul (if I got the name wrong I apologize) who was straight forward and told my friend what the down payment was for the particular vehicle and the price of the vehicle all together. Told them EXACTLY what they would need to get a SUV they were interested in. I can appreciate that the price of the vehicle IS THE PRICE OF THE vehicle. Nothing was hidden from my friend. That gains 5 stars in itself. This place was a recommendation from someone who bought a car from here maybe 2 years ago (it’s still running very well and they have nothing but good things to say about OSA) and I honestly wish we would’ve just gone here first because these are really good people. They aren’t trying to scam and take advantage of their customers. From what I observed the entire time I was there the customers that called in and even the ones that came in the office respect and trust the staff and have good rapport with them. This is so rare in this day and age. The young lady who did the paperwork, I never got her name, was very personable just like Paul and so was the lady in the flower rain boots that details the vehicles. Didn’t meet one discourteous person. For what it is the lot was very clean and you can tell everyone there from the owner down to the mechanic takes pride in their brand and want to provide quality wherever possible. The atmosphere was very peaceful. There was no rushing or forcing. Just good honest business. Will definitely recommend."
