"I’ve been taking my vehicles here for yrs. The owners are and staff are very professional and courteous. They are always upfront and honest with letting me about what’s going on with my vehicles. I took my 2016 F-150 with the ecoboost engine in it. I thought the transmission was slipping and so when I took it to them Mr and Mrs Walker were so kind and gracious. Mr Walker explained in detail what all they were gonna do to diagnose and correct the problem. He said it seems to be either a spark plug misfire or the transmission is shuttering which is a very common thing with yr make and model F-150. He and his crew changed the plugs and cleaned the carbon buildup out and they changed the transmission fluid and cleaned that out. And that fixed the problem. Along with the shutter fix. If you need your car or truck fixed take it to the pros at Walker’s Complete. Good honest people which is hard to find these days. I will be taking all of my vehicles here in the future."
