"Stay away, unfortunately as nice as they are they will try and take advantage. I got 4 new tires installed and they wouldn't do an alignment because they said I needed front end work. Well low and behold I took my vehicle in for 2 other opinions including both were Kia dealerships and both told me my front end is fine, even had me go in the bay with the mechanic and showed me nothing needed replacement. Not to mention I have extended warranty that would cover some of these said bad parts that I'm sure the dealership could've taken advantage and gotten covered but they were too honest to do such a thing. Unfortunately for Total Automotive Services, they officially have lost my business and anyone I know."

"I turned my car on this morning and it had a msg that read “pre safe mode”. I am also over due for service B. My husband called as they are his go-to when his car needs service. They told him to have me come in so they can check out the car. When I arrived they immediately checked the car and provided me with a quote. They were able to fix the car and even do the maintenance. Meanwhile no offense to Mercedes but they had a three week wait for an appointment. Here, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. They even threw in a free mug for good measure. If you’re in need of a mechanic, I’d highly recommend."
