"Knowledgeable staff, very friendly, helped me with my purchase and loaded it into my suv. I tried to tip him. But he refused and asked me to give it to a charity. I gave it to a dog rescue group. Im a repeat customer. Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores!"
"This store needs better management. I picked out a floor jack and an engine hoist and brought the tags with the bar code to the check out desk to purchase the items. The cashier tells me they don't have any of the floor Jack's. So I go pick out a different one. When I get back she then tells me they don't have the engine hoist either. Why is there available purchase tickets if they don't have the items? So I proceed to purchase the other floor jack and it came out to be 50 dollars more than the ticket said on the shelf which she would not honor. This is the last time I go to this store. Big waste of time."
"An excellent service that, unfortunately, is difficult to find in other similar businesses. I am not going to consider the quality of the tools because it is a wide range and you can find some better than others. I have purchased several tools here including my beloved 2 gallon Air Compressor by Fortress and it continues to work in perfect condition to this day. Thank you Harbor Freight Tools."
"Harbor Freight has come a long way since the early 2000's. As someone who worked in lumber, hardware, and remodeling for 45 years, I like the varieties of power and hand tool quality that they offer. Their prices are generally very low, but you have to keep an eye on certain items. A garage mechanic might never give up his Rigid tools; but with a lifetime warranty and friendly service at HF, everyone else should be very happy there."
