"My truck tailgate got crushed and the top of the bed sides were buckled. It was the 1st time I ever needed a body shop. I was referred to Richies Automotive by a friend. Richie very patiently walked me thru the whole process so that I understood each phase of the repair. During repair, inferior replacement parts arrived. Twice. Rather than rushing the job and making the repair acceptable, he re-ordered and waited for the "right" parts to make the repair perfect. He obviously takes pride in his work and it certainly showed when the repair was complete. I have a hard-shell bed cover that requires a precise fit to keep water out and there wasn't even a hint of a gap between the cover and the bed rails after he was finished. Amazing. I highly recommend Richie and his crew!"
