"I’m really disappointed on how I was treated when I came into this location. I came in with a smile looking for an adapter for my tow Dolly and had the necessary details for finding what I needed. The man with the grey top who chose not to wear a nickname cut me off when I tried explaining the part I needed. I tried again and he walked away while I was talking. Lo and behold he gave me the wrong part and I had to come back and return it. Not a single greeting throughout the purchasing or return process. It wasn’t even busy today."

He helped install and gave me a ton of pointers and information I didn’t know. Humble down to earth guy and excellent customer service! I’d recommend to anyone in the area for sure."
"Sophia checked my van with an electric device and printed out what needs to be repaired and she helped fill my radiator with coolant.Also there was a very nice young man(sorry I don't remember his name) who explained the printout too...I believe he is going to school to be a mechanic. I really appreciate them both for their professionalism and kindness."
