When I asked for a mechanic's pre-purchase inspection, they flat-out declined, which felt off. This, coupled with their insistence on cash-only payments added to the odd vibe. This was the weirdest dealership experience I've had. For transparency and friendliness, I'd suggest looking elsewhere."
"Purchased a vehicle several weeks ago. Love the vehicle, typical issues for age and mileage. Have heard nothing about the paperwork. I’ve called several times, I was supposed to get a call back, regarding the paperwork. I was told it was at DMV, and the it would be picked up the same day I called. So far no paperwork, no plate, no return call. Wanted to ensure that plate was in, and being mailed to me, as I live about an hour North of their location, and I only got to Tampa to visit the VA hospital. Very disappointed with the person answering the phones. Paperwork was received just prior to expiration of temporary registration."
