"Went in on a Monday for some interior paint and they didnt have it in stock, they had to order it from another location. Was told it would arrive between Wednesday and Friday. Thursday I call to see if it was in and was told it wasnt and they would call me once it arrived. Never received a call Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun. Monday I go in to check if it's there and they didnt seem to know what I was even talking about at first, then I'm told the paint was never even shipped. Understandable, but when the paint never arrived on Friday, the right thing to do would be to call the store they were shipping it from and see where it is, and then call me to give me a heads up on the delay so I dont waste my time coming into the store looking for it. The guy told me since it was never shipped he'd have to have it shipped again from out of state and it would be there in 2 days. I told him no thanks I'll get it online. He said that would take longer, which it did, but i refuse to do business with people who dont care enough to simply communicate with their customers. Ordered my paint online, had to wait and even paid marginally more but it was worth knowing I'd have some idea of where and when I'd receive the item I purchased."
