"Ruskin truck parts are amazing. I had a turbo go down on I-4 in Orlando. I had someone bring me a turbo all the way from Ocala because it was the only one I could find. Lo and behold it was the wrong fit for my truck. After adjusting and trying to make the wrong one fit just to get my truck off the side of the road. I basically had waisted all my day light fumbling with the wrong one. So I got to calling around more to see if someone had or could point me in the right direction to obtain the correct one. I called Ruskin after deciding to try everyone one google list of part stores in the area. Divy answered the phone and asked how may she help me. Her being a woman and me being frustrated on the side of the highway broke down under a load missed one appointment already. After giving her the numbers off my turbo she started to cross referencing them with the ones she offers. Couldn’t get an exact match I’m guessing. She stated that she had several turbos in stock and asked me to send her some pictures of mines. Now it’s gotten later in afternoon now. She found a match and told me to come and get it. She even sent me pictures measuring the length of the one she had JUST BASICALLY WENT THE EXTRA EXTRA MILE FOR MY DOLLAR. Not to mention she was going to be close by the time I could make the 60 plus miles drive. So she left the part next door with the shop owner. Oh and allowed me to pay by Cashapp once I confirm the turbo would work. So thanks Divy and the shop owner next door. You guys really helped me out. Y’all will have all of my recommendations in the Tampa area. Oh and the price was cheaper than all the quotes I had been getting all day if others had the part."
