"The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a fan from another company and the box was missing some of them blade screws. I took one of the screws in and showed them and they immediately knew what type of screw I needed and was able to find some so I could finish hanging the fan. "What great customer service! We bought two fans a few weeks ago. We need them for a home under construction and we have a few months before we need them. We opened the box and looked at the fan blades, they were a little off white and we wanted something whiter. We returned them and ordered different fans. The owner was very helpful, not only did he take the fans back with out a problem but he also gave us a great deal on the new ones. This store really cares about pleasing the customer.
