"I was trying to purchase something on my Lowes card and wasn't going through and I knew there nothing wrong with my card Mike Orland the to store manager was on the phone all day with these people to see why this was being declined he could have said to me sorry mam not going through but he didn't he kept working on it till he and an associate Deb figured it out literally took a couple of hours and he waived my purchase .He apologized for the inconvenience . We need more people like Mike caring and understanding Thank you Mike and Deb for going above and beyond !"

"The store was clean, and items were easy to locate. The only issue, like most other stores, lack or employees. We purchased some chairs that were locked up. After waiting 20 minutes outside, I had to go back inside and eventually got someone to come and unlock the chairs. I wish this was not common, but I can recall several times waiting 20 - 30 minutes for assistance."

"Rudest, most apathetic staff of any business I’ve ever been. If you’re able pry them off their phones to help you, they certainly let you know they’re annoyed….Lowe’s corporate needs to come in and clean house. You’d think they would take all these bad reviews, across multiple forums serious. My last visit I politely asked Brenda if I could plz switch out a propane tank. She was engaged in gossip with another employee. She was obviously not happy she had to do something that pertained to HER JOB. She was rude, dismissive, and told me to “wait outside, and hopefully someone will help you”…and left me standing there with no further direction."

"Just be warned if you buy any appliances here and they doesn’t work, they will not help you. They will wash their hands of it. The first load and every load thereafter of my brand new washer and dryer combo (GE) is leaking. We paid them to deliver and set up. It has leaked every cycle since being connected, the installer said it was residual water from our old unit they moved out. Nope, still leaking. Called Lowe’s thinking of course after spending $2,000 within hours, they would care. Absolutely not, it was the opposite. Not their problem. We normally use Home Depot, and have in the past for all appliance purchases, I guess we have learned a valuable lesson. Very very disappointed in this company."

"I went to look at their pond supplies. They seem to have similar or the same stuff that Home Depot has... I have always been a Home Depot guy, mainly because there were no Lowes down here until recently, and that Home Depot is way closer to my house... Anyway, it's a big box hardware store, but I did get very good customer service while there though... He dropped what he was doing and spent at least 10 minutes helping me... That was very cool...! Keep up y'alls good work and go enjoy some nature today...!"
