"I was sad to see the local store was closed to the public. So I definitely had my doubts I would describe the parts needed for my washing machine incorrectly. I had to order two different parts and they arrived the following day and fit perfectly. I can not recommend calling or stopping by the store when it reopens. Thanks again!!"
"To them it was probably just an 11 dollar part. To me, they saved the day!Other places sell to contractors only and turned me down. I could've easily ordered the part on amazon but it would've took 2 days to get here. They were knowledgeable, friendly and open on a Saturday morning. My daughters baby shower was great and we even had air conditioning. Thank you!"
"Severely overpriced, and rude. I had to exchange a part they told me was right. I had opened the bag the part was in, realized it was wrong, taped it up, drove 18 miles back up there, where I was met with 2 women treating me like a crook. I was told it looked suspect, like I traded out the part and returned it. I was forced to buy the second part, and wait 4 days to get the credit. I paid $50.00 for a part that was $19.00 online."
"Shopped at a-1 appliance and the cashier was rude and gave me the wrong belt! Called Marcone gave them my model number, picked up at the front literally 2 minutes later and it was ready! I spent probably 3 minutes in the store, home within 5 minutes and belt on 2 minutes later. And am already drying my clothes!!! I was getting upset for not spending the $100 on the repair guy but Marcone totally made me happy and I saved $80!!!"
