"Fantastic service. Will help you find what you are looking for. I searched for a bike that met these criteria: 1) set up with a higher handle, lower seat and step over similar to a comfort bike, 2) use on gravel and pavement, 3) carbon fiber, light weight, ease of use similar to the higher quality bikes. Other (non Trek ) stores told me that what I wanted didn't exist. Britt, Steve and his team helped me find a Trek bike that could be altered to fit what I was looking for. "We brought my wife’s 20 year old Trek in for some TLC and get refurbished to riding condition. Angel was very thorough and honest. It was going to be about $370. He could tell we were just trying to get back into cycling and he didn’t go in for a big sale. Instead he picks up the phone and calls other stores to see if they have the perfect bikes for us at an amazing price. He found them. Then that store communicated wonderfully with us. Now we have 2 brand new bikes to go with our boys’ Treks. Looking forward to family bike rides and getting exercise. When we upgrade our family’s bikes it will be with Treks. Great product, great customer service, and you could feel they wanted you to be happy and come back."
