"I ordered my wife a pair of Nike running shoes online for Black Friday. When we received the shoes on December 3rd, we we disgusted and disappointed. The shoes were obviously worn and dirty!! We had been very pleased with previous purchases from Dick’s and when my wife called customer service, they immediately credited my account and told her keep them, so we’ll give them another chance. To the person that packed and shipped dirty sneakers, SHAME ON YOU!!!"
"I wouldn’t recommend adaptive athletes going to this location for any sort of respectable assistance with equipment or clothing. Any time I go here they completely ignore me and if I’m with an able bodied person, they will direct answers to questions I ask to the person standing as if I’m incapable of receiving responses to questions I ask their employees. Extremely rude and stuck in the past, these employees need training on adaptive athletes and inclusion"
"I came to buy fishing equipment and the place was so awesome I had to review. They have it all but it is all very pricey. Hardly a soul in there. The place was clean. Clean bathrooms too. I did however see some younger supervisor dressed in yoga pants being unreasonably rude to a worker over the aisle being stocked correctly. It needed to be corrected but this girl was awful to this guy. I also was greeted and asked if I needed assistance so the floor staff was great. Anything you need sportswise they have but it is definitely pricey. 30+ dollar shirts. 60+ dollar shorts. The kayaks are top tier but $600. But you get what you pay for here. Everything was organized and put well. So everything was great except for how the guy I saw was mistreated publicly by a manager."
