"Went to Super Target for some items. I usually self-check. However, this time, I decided to have someone care for my mami and me. Our cashier was Anny. His great hire informed me of ways to save under what Target is all about. I'm super glad to have met her."

"The team member (at the Sodo Orlando Target)that pulled my online pick up order canceled an item (a sweater) claiming the item was "out of stock". I get to the store, picked up my online order, and then went to check if there was maybe a similar or another kind of sweater I could get because I needed it for an event that day. I get to the area only to find that the EXACT alleged "out of stock" sweater, in the EXACT color and size I asked for was there! How FRUSTRATING! So, I then had to go back to guest services with the item, to repurchase an item I already paid for AGAIN simply because a team member didn't feel like doing the job they are paid to do. I have placed COUNTLESS online pick up orders at other Target locations and have trusted the team pulling my orders. This was my first time ordering online pickup from the Sodo Orlando Store only because I wanted that specific sweater and they were listed as a in stock store. This experience really breaks trust and is contrary to the Target standard I have come to respect and love. So disappointing, that people would lie to avoid having to finish the task at hand. Sodo Target speak to your team on the importance of honesty. If a person would be dishonest about this, what else have they been dishonest about. Something to think about."

"placed a mobile pick up order and over an hour later it still wasn’t ready and i needed my items so i went in the store asked if i could get my order earlier, the worker who was helping me told me if i went and grabbed the items myself she could scan it and complete my order. i come back to the counter, the girl who originally helped me is no where to be found and the woman who was at the counter refused to give me my items that i already had paid for and said i needed to wait at least two hours for the TWO items i needed. as i walked away she shouted a smart comment to me. extremely disappointed with the customer care here, i don’t see the issue of helping the customer when i already had paid for the items and even grabbed them myself so that the employees wouldn’t have work."

"Very poor customer service. I saw on the target app there was an item available in their location, I called to verify before making the long drive there because it says only 1 available and I’ve been trying to call for the past 2 hours, different departments and no one picks up. It rings and then the call drops. Super disappointing because I’m trying to do something special for my daughter. I’m the type of person who tries to do their job to the fullest but I guess not everyone has those ethics."

"My favorite target. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to a lack of inventory. Their pull metrics are out of whack. Nevertheless, easy to get to, not overly crowded, staffed well and most importantly has a shopping cart escalator. I very rarely use it but it's super cool nonetheless. (The small things)"
