"Visited on 31 Jan. Most unfriendly customer service we have received on entire vacation. Staff appeared uninterested in helping and in no way were ambassadors for the brand. Walked away without any purchase. Love my Hoka shoes but would not recommend this store."

"Sales person there that helped my husband find a size 16, was so very helpful. Very friendly, professional and willing to find the size my husband was looking for. It's very difficult to find the not- so- average size tennis shoe.. We'll be back because my husband loves how comfortable the shoes feel and his feet don't hurt."

"Got a comfortable pair of shoes in June. 3 months later they squeak loud on every step after about 2,000-3,000 steps for the day. Called the support line from the website. They said I’d have to mail them in to have them inspected for a month. I don’t have the receipt or box because I threw them away like a normal person. They told me to ask the store if they’d do an exchange. So I waited another 3 months until I’d be back in Orlando and went back to the store in person. They could care less and said to mail in the shoes. Couldn’t give me a box to mail them in either. They still have the exact shoe on the shelf and could have exchanged them. I have the purchase on my bank app still since I paid with debit for them to see the purchase. Either way the shoes don’t last 3 months and cost over $100. I’ll never buy a pair of Hokas again. I’ve had $20 Costco Pumas that were better."

"Unfortunately, this is located in the Outlet mall. So plenty of traffic and overcrowded making it hard to shop or get help. They were completely lacking wide sizes the day I was there, and it's one of the reasons I look for Hoka shoes. To reply to the response below. This was 5 months ago. Not a holiday and it was a weekday. The in store problem was mostly people standing around interfering with the store. They weren't shopping. I was basically ignored by the staff. Due to this I switched to Brooks as I was able to get the right size immediately. Recommend training the store staff to recognize customers and not hide behind the counter or talking to their friends."

"Ms.Jory assisted me in getting some comfortable shoes for work. She is the most patient, most compassionate, well educated, individual and hardest worker I have met in a long time within the customer service department. You can absolutely tell that she loves what she does. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew the different styles and what they had to offer. Made sure to check the back and showed me what other offers and selection they had on their website that wasn't in the store on their tablet. She took the time to ask, hear and understand why I needed new shoes and tried to find a best suitable match. I work at a hospital and let me tell you, we are on the move constantly so I needed some shoes for stability. The customer service had excelled all expectations. While trying the shoes on, not only her but the team (while there was barely anyone within the store) made sure to educate me by providing examples of what would best workout for me. While Jorelis was in the back trying to find a best suitor, the team made me feel like I was part of the family, by sharing stories, or just took the time to have a conversation. When she came back and we tried over 3 pairs and she took the time to educated me in the details of the differences in each pair of shoes. While trying some of the pairs the store became flooded with customers and I would overhear each of the team provide the similar detailed information and they all were friendly, smiled, made sure to give their best efforts and made each customer welcomed. The pair I decided to chose I tried them for a week, but moving constantly I noticed that they were starting to hurt, and noticed I might need a bigger size. I went back and found Ms. Jory and told her what happened she found me a bigger size and better comfort. Now I've had them for 2 month I can honestly say best recommendation for shoes. Thank you Ms. Jory! You've made a happy satisfied customer! To the Hoka Team you guys set the standard like chick-fil-a and publix does in customer service thank you!"
