They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The owner was the one who welcomed me at the store and was with me throughout the entire purchase. I 100% would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a bike. The prices are fair and competitive."

"Overall a really nice bike shop with a great inventory to choose from. The owner is very knowledgeable. The reason I give it three stars is because of how I was treated after purchasing the bike. I brought it back the next day after realizing a few things were not set up correctly, and the bike wasn’t tracking straight. When I told the technician my concerns, he looked at me like I was dumb, and his body language made me feel unwelcome. He didn’t seem very happy to be helping me set the bike up properly, which should have been done in the first place when I bought it. The owner also didn’t seem interested in my presence (unlike the day before when I was potentially buying a bike). After the technician worked on my bike, I noticed the issues hadn’t been fixed. I ended up bringing it to a different shop (Orange Cycles) to get it set up properly. They found that the bike spokes were not tensioned properly, which was causing the issue I was noticing. They fixed it for me, and now the bike rides great. I would suggest some customer service training for the technicians at the shop, and I would recommend revamped training on setting up bikes properly before handing them over to a cyclist. I think a few tweaks could get the shop up to five stars but for now, three stars."

"We could not be happier with Laz, Victoria and Wes! Their knowledge, experience, expertise, professionalism and customer service is 5 star!!! And to top it off, they are REALLY nice people with whom to talk and do business. They just love bikes and all things cycling! We wanted our new bikes set up for long distance cycling, and they went the extra mile to make that happen. Also, they brought us up to speed on the latest technology with cableless shifting and Garmin add-ons. We are so happy and extremely satisfied! Laz is passionate about cycling. We completed the Erie Canalway Trail from Lockport NY to Albany NY…335 miles…on the bikes that Laz, Victoria, and Wes set up for us. The Cervélo Caledonia bikes performed beautifully because of the care and effort Laz, Victoria, and Wes put into them to adapt them to long distance touring. We can not thank them enough and look forward to our next long bike ride!"

"My husband and I were at the store on a Monday morning and we were attended by Eric, if I remember correctly, that was his name. He was super attentive and explained several things to us, patiently answered our barrage of questions and after a lot of talking, we decided which bike we wanted. I really liked the negotiation and the amount of items in their stock even in difficult times of parts replacement. They offered us eternal maintenance service for the bikes we bought and we were very pleased with that. I hope it really works as expected."
