"My Husband and I came to Trek Bicycle to fix the brakes on a bike we are donating to a School for autistic children and we met with Javier. Without hesitation he got to us right away and took a look at the brakes, he let us know both breaks needed to be adjusted and he also adjusted the gear and the handle bar for us. Took less than 10 minutes, Javier tested the bike around the store to make sure it was working properly and handed us the bike. What really touched our hearts was that Javier after putting in work he just simply told us to continue to keep helping people and said we were all set. Let me explain why this touched our hearts, Javier didn’t just hear what we were doing and went about doing a business transaction he listened and his heart was touched as well and wether he knows it or not he himself took part in donating to a child in need. He is now part of this memory and he could have simply went about his day and not cared. Javier we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us help others and may God bless you and this shop. We will definitely be coming back here in the future to get our bikes from here."

"I dropped off my seat and ordered a long seat pole. Joseph took my order and said it will be total $14 and he will call when it is all ready. Waited for a week and no call. So I called and Joseph answered and said he was about to call me and the seat is ready. I drove to the to get my seat and new pole. They could not locate it, but after a call to Joseph they were able to locate it. Had to pay $22 for the inconvenience that they caused. Store looks good but they need to improve on their service."
