"First impressions walking in weren’t promising but with money in our pocket ready to buy something, we gave it a shot. I’ve never seen a pawn shop more cluttered, hardly any space to walk around. With interior flaws aside, the customer service was just about non-existent. We tried to ask questions about a product that we were ready to purchase and received no eye contact, rude responses because the guy behind the desk was more worried about talking to his friends than making an actual sale. We gladly left and took our purchase elsewhere, where they were happy to help us. I wouldn’t spend money here even if I was begged to. Hopefully in time they will learn better customer service skills until then, I stand by my review."
