"The manager, Carol- BEYOND rude!!! Simply ask her a question and her response was "the store is closed". Literally ask her name n she could not look up from her phone to even answer that!!! Now, Strawberry, our cashier- omg SUPER CUTE and very sweet. Go but not when Carol is working."
"We went in the store at 5:45 pm to get a sewing needle. Input my name on the list to ask a simple question and never got called. I was approached by a very mean spirited lady named Carol (manager) who let us know the store was closed. All we wanted was to get a needle for a sewing machine. She never helped us when we went out ask her what her name was and she never looked up as she was on her phone. We looked at her name tag to find out it was Carol. I believe this is totally inappropriate for a manger to act this way. Her staff didn’t look happy either. This seems to be a reflection on her!!!!!!"
