"Went with my daughter to have a makeover at MAC in Dillards what a great experience and some fantastic Christmas deals. Highly recommend going over there for some Christmas gifts! Revised: went to the Dillards red carpet event last night. It was so cool! They had a completely bag of makeup testers when you walk in, raffles all over the store, live music, champagne, wine and coffee, appetizers, and all the help was wearing gowns and 10% off of everything, engraving peoples name in perfume bottles, the other coolest thing was they were playing blackjack on the second floor! My hubby was very bumped he didn’t come. It was a really cool night and I hope they have another."

"Every time you walk into Dillards at coconut point there’s this beautiful soul named Doris that works in La Mer who immediately greets you and goes above and beyond to help you makes sure your shopping experience is relaxing and especially fun. I hope the store knows not all employees have her work ethic and personality and treat her as important as the customers are too her with full commitment the events they have done since Doris came there has given the store a fun more environment whatever you do take care of workers like her if the store ever lost her that would be a great loss for every department."

"Worst customer service ever. Staff acts like they hate their lives and are better than you. Went on multiple occasions and always terrible service. Nobody ever smiles, and they continue talking amongst themselves and completely ignore you if you need any help. One time I had a return, I walked to a counter where 2 employees were talking, I waited in line for them to acknowledge me, they continued talking. The woman put her hand out for me to give her the receipt while still talking to the other employee, didn’t even look at me, didn’t even say anything to me, just stuck her hand out at me while jabbering away. The ONLY person that was nice one time was a taller foreign man with an accent in the suit department. He was really great."
