"The pharmacy is run poorly. We always call to try an avoid wasting time and any confusion before we pick up our meds. We are told on the phone when to pick up and when we get there the medication is never ready. This happens often which interferes with our work schedule. Very unprofessional!! Good service is so hard to find very sad!"

"The worst. 5 days waiting for a Pharmacist to review medication order. It’s monthly and I’ve taken it for over 17 years! No other pharmacy in the area is quite this bad. Try CVS"

"I went in last Saturday to refill a prescription from Wisconsin that had three refills until 10/23. They told me they could not refill them without a new prescription. I spent a great deal of time on the phone. My doctor couldn’t understand it. They made it seem like my fault! Took over a week to get one and the other they said was too early to refill!"

"It has since been 3 weeks without my prescription. Refused to call my previous pharmacy to initiate transfer when I literally begged them to over the phone so I could receive my medication. When I told my previous pharmacy this they couldn’t believe it and offered to call them on my behalf. They told me they were on hold for half of a day and had sent the prescription information and promised it would be handled. A week later there’s still no prescription in the system. This location is unprofessional, lazy and the pharmacists don’t have basic conversational skills which makes communicating even more difficult."
