"Went here for the first time today. Brought a polisher in for my brother and it works fine but has a seal that’s going bad and lets some grease out so he wanted to see if they could match up the seal he needs. Instead, the 2 guys in the office took turns making faces and gasping for air asking me how they’re supposed to find parts the Milwaukee tool. A simple “no I can’t help you” would be professional but insulting me was what they chose."
"A lot of mixed reviews took a simple drill to get service. I must say they did determine it was still under warranty and agreed they would send the drill off to the factory. Waited 3 weeks, and decided to stop by this shop. They couldn't find the drill when asked. Finally, the tool was found and was never sent off. They are either too busy or not well managed. Took the drill, wasted time."
"the worst place for repairs, lousy customer service, and bad service. my finish nail gun was there for a year every month when I called after waiting a long time on the phone they told me that they did not have all the pieces that they would call me when they received it and it never happened. After a year and calls every month I went to pick up the pistol and after looking for it all over the repair shop they gave me parts in a plastic bag, and with a bad attitude. in summary lousy service"
