"I got an overhead ran paid almost 1000$. Truck leaked oil bad from valve cover gasket when I picked it up. I took it back to be told it was that way. They supposedly fixed whatever it was after arguing with the manager. Here we are months later oil all over and leak only got worse. Don’t go to this place. It sucks. Unprofessional. Customer service is a 0. Manager will say it was like that when you came in. Then he said tech pinched or rolled gasket after arguing but didn’t replace it. I had 0 oil leaks on top until they touched my truck. He said come back if it leaks you buy a gasket and we cover labor. After paying 1000$ for an overhead to spend more to fix a mistake they made. Go anywhere else. The job was twice as much as Cummins in Michigan. Ohio. Indiana. Avoid this place at all costs."
"Charged $600 to look at truck - a “diagnostic” before any work is done. My experience is they did not communicate with each other or me. Said job was started but truck hadn’t been touched. Do not seem to have basic parts in Parts Dept - everything has to be ordered. Calls go through some type of call center, which doesn’t appear to know what’s going on in the repair center. Poor service from the call center staff I used."
"Service was excellent. I was able to work in the waiting room while my generator was serviced. They offer a room with couches, tv and fridge filled with water bottles. It was nice and cool too. I highly recommend this location. Everyone was exceptional."
"This no waiting sign is an insult. I dropped off RV to check my generator. It was there for 4 1/2 weeks. No one answered phone calls or messages looking for update. I had to drive an hour just to talk with someone. I was then told they might be able to look at it in a week. I took my RV back. Oh yes. Even though I called to ask for them to turn off house batteries when RV returned to me batteries were on and dead. Attendant totally unaware drove the RV with steps extended. I had to wait for a charge. So very disappointed for lack of customer care. Avoid avoid avoid!"
"Not the most communicative but they found issues with my big truck and corrected them. They were very patient trying to work with my warranty company. Fixed the problem. Dickie seemed concerned and was the most interactive. Very difficult to get someone on the phone. May give them another try at a later date."
