LG named Diamond Appliance Repair as the certified repair company. I called them, they were professional, responsive and communicated every step of the way! Two days later Brian from Diamond came and replaced the compressor, evaporator, condenser and dryer. He knew precisely what to do and got the fridge back in working order within two hours. It only took a couple days to order the part and they were back out for repair. The techs and customer service team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Repair cost was reasonable.
