"1/18/22: I feel the need to update my review from a year ago to let others know that Reid does not return phone calls, even after leaving several messages. His voicemail is usually full and won't allow a message to be left, but in the very rare chance that you are able to leave a message, your call is not returned. I would recommend not even trying- just call someone else from the start. I had several jobs for him and recommended him to many people, all of who could not get a response to schedule. I get it, he's a busy guy because he's good at what he does. But common courtesy in returning a phone call to say that you are too busy to take on more jobs goes a long way when there are many other options. *********************************************** Saw Reid and his guys doing some work at a neighbors house and approached them about scheduling some work at my house. They came that same afternoon and installed my water heater and replaced my kitchen faucet. They were professional and got the job done quick."

"Set appointment was told early am didn’t show up till noon. Was told on the phone they couldn’t give me an estimate or hourly rates. When he the tech arrived he told me it would be $ 543 to replace a bathtub faucet would take less than an hour. I told him that was crazy then he showed me a paper that had all the rates for different types of work. They could have told me on the phone. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. Had to pay $85 just to tell me the price when they could have told me on the phone. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 stars"
