"The scenerio every one dreads. Somehow, somewhere, you managed to lose your cellphone. There is nothing quite like arriving to your destination and unable to locate your cellphone. So you frantically search everywhere, retracing all of your steps, and you are unable to find it, knowing that it is indeed lost. It is a sinking feeling. That is how I found Sosa Cell Phone Repair. I went to three other cell phone stores owned by my provider, but they were all unable and/or unwilling to help me locate or call my phone. Which I found extremely frustrating and more than a bit strange because I was a customer on their plan and using their coverage. I was in a bit of a panic. I did not have a work phone or a back up phone to use with wifi. Then, I remembered Sosa Cell Phone Repair that was nearby. I often passed the store on my way to and from work. Sosa Cell Phone Repair absolutely saved the day! The owner somehow located my phone's gps and was able to make contact with the individual who had found my phone. Long story short (and it is a long story), I was able to meet up with the person who found my phone and got it back. Since then, Sosa Cell Phone Repair has been my go to shop for cell phone repairs. I always recommend his shop. Owner is honest and does excellent work at a fair and reasonable price. And repairs are always done right the first time. Definitely a great place to repair your phone in Tampa. I highly recommend Sosa Cell Phone Repair!"

"I am very impressed with the quality of work they did on my tablet. I have had my iPad for 4 years and I use it consistently. So, after it cracked down the middle of the screen, I was crushed and writing on it wasn’t the same. "First time went there felt welcomed with my two little girls as bought mouse and adapter. Yesterday went and it said open but door locked. The person next door to them was surprised yet girls and I went to Winn Dixie then looked forward to trying again since had that family we care about our customers feel from before. Man what a change like Dr.Jekl and Mr.Hyde. Just asked if had a replacement battery for phone .No! Well OK what about my other phone? No! Did not even ask to look at them . Did not bother to offer like .... no,we don't have those batteries but we could ORDER for you. Was not the same friendly person as before as this one was taller and seemed younger. I am retired navy yet also worked in service before as an air conditioning/refrigeration repairman and knew how to treat customers so would get good call backs and referrals. Sad."
