"I was very impressed from start to finish. The owners came out and inspected my existing unit. They showed me the problem areas and were very transparent. I was not pressured into buying anything, but rather, given options. In the end, I decided to purchase a new 3 ton unit with a heat pump. My existing unit was a geothermal unit, which was difficult to even get someone who was familiar with it. Fairway also services these units. While the owners were here, they called their workers, who were here an hour later, just as promised. They arrived at 2pm, and worked straight through until the job was totally finished at 8:30pm. This included hauling away the large and heavy air handler over the garage, and inspecting/testing everything before they left. This is my first time dealing with Fairway, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for all their HVAC needs. Cathie"

"My Air conditioner was installed two years ago by this company. Early November the air conditioner started blowing hot air instead of cold air. I called them and the next day they sent someone out. After the technician looked at it, he told me I would need a certain part in order to fix it. The part he stated I needed was one that was currently still under warranty. Despite that, he told me I would have to pay a bit over $1900 to fix it or they could get an off market part for $600. I didn’t accept either. The next day, they sent an email essentially saying they will attempt to contact me multiple times via phone/email and then they will move to certified mail. The context was they would send a state inspector to my home since the issue could cause fires etc. Keep in mind this is something they previously installed. I contacted another company that came in and found nothing wrong except a “switch” that wasn’t pushed all the way through. I paid this technician about $100 after finding the issue. My air has worked perfectly fine since then. I can’t believe the experience I had with this company. If I could give less than one star, I would."

"I have gone back and forth of if I wanted to post this review. I really try not to bash any local businesses but with this one, I feel I have to based on their unwillingness to help with any of their mistakes. In July of 2020 I had fairway out to my house to replace an AC and add return vents. What ensued was nothing short of complete irresponsible labor. The "one to two" day job took almost 5... immediately after the job was complete I commented on sealing paint dripping down the side of my AC. I was told that was "normal" for FL... it then began to have mildew, I was told "it isnt active and is just because of the first issue". It continued to grow... I brought it up every time I saw them... finally in June of 2023 I called them out for the 3rd time to specifically look at this. I was told "you should have told us earlier". I was then told that the owner said there is nothing wrong, this is normal, and he would not do anything more. This company is does not stand by their work, does terrible work, and should not be recommended. The attached pictures are from about a month ago. This system looks 20 years old... but it is barely three... completely unacceptable. I also should mention they cut into my ceiling on the wrong side of a stud, the AC went down for a month in the middle of the summer right after install, and the return vent in my room broke... OH and lets not forget the duct work they did... it all had to be redone because it was so poorly put together. I hope this review catches their attention or at least yours... my guess is they dont care. I had to spend an extra $1500 just to fix their mess."
