"Great work. The staff members are polite, and they can get your equipment up and running. It can be pricey for older items due to parts, but it is worth the money if you cherish your equipment like I do. My one desire is that they could repair video game consoles. Maybe they will in the future."
"Don't waste you're time with these people. They take forever to work on your speakers and subwoofers, in my case 6 MONTHS, only to find out they couldn't fix them. They end up keeping your money too. You're better off either going somewhere else or buying something new."
"I did not even purchase anything but I spoke with William over the phone about an issue with a Klipsch speaker and he was able to walk me through and identify the issue even better than Klipsch's own customer service team. Turns out the issue had to do with my turntable and the speakers were fine all along. With attention to detail like this, I absolutely have to recommend this business as the team here is very knowledgeable about tech and the service they gave me despite not being a customer can not be understated. In an age where AI robocalls have taken over customer service it was very refreshing to immediately be put on the phone with someone and helped right away. Please support this local business!"
"Perfection… I purchased a Sansui 441 model for my pure love of vinyl, knowing it would likely need some work. After some research on where to bring it for diagnostics, I decided on Sound Technology, based on the reviews. I was not disappointed! From the drop off, to the communication after inspection, which included full details on what would be needed to fully restore my amp + reasonably cost on investment, it was a pleasurable experience. Now, when I put the needle on the record, the sound is impeccable and I feel confident that Willie and crew put their heart into the work to ensure my amp will stand the test of time!"
