He assisted my daughter with getting a status on her parts that are needed to fix her refrigerator, and he was able to get her a repair date while performing a repair on my (dad’s) refrigerators at a different location. "My rating is based upon the price. Coordination, scheduling, repair time, the technician, everything went smoothly. But to charge $310 in labor for a 20 minutes repair is beyond ridiculous. This is why people buy new - it just doesn’t pay to have something fixed anymore. I would not have proceeded with that transaction. I would have paid the diagnostic fee then fixed it myself, but unfortunately I was not home and the decision was made without me. Really wish the tech spoke with me instead."
