They were unable to solve my problem, guarantee a solution installing pressure toilet system, and still didn't work, but I was charged, and even with the camera, I haven't even received a quote or solution. Sarah: Your team went to the property 4 times to find the problem, and I was charged for it every single time, even when no solution was provided. The second time your team ran the camera, they knew the problem, and still, they proposed the pressure toilets, and nothing was solved, but again, I was charged for something that didn't solve the issue. I didn't get any refund. every service was charged as a regular or individual service. Even when I was the same client, your team was dealing over and over. I also want to clarify that you went to the property to figure out the issue, and a week later (A WEEK), you went again to simply run the camera and install toilets. It took a week..."

"I will never recommend this company. I had an appointment that was changed by them twice. After finally making it on the third appointment. The guys came out and could not find the septic tank. They poked all around the building and, with a phone call, determined the septic tank was under the trailer, therefore, not serviceable. They then gave me a quote for $10,000.00. Since I did not commit at the time, they charged me $195.00 for coming out and spending 10 minute poking at the ground, 10 minute on the phone and about 7 minutes talking to me on how a new system would be much better than any older one. The reason for the low rating is because the very next day, another company came out, fond the tank, and jot the job done. UPDATE, RESPONCE to OWNER REPLY:11-15-2023, As the picture shows, your team of experts came to the wrong conclusion with zero proof of the septic being under the trailer. As the picture shows, your competitor successful located the tank and did the inspection. At the end, I waited for better weather, I showed up on time to my appointment, and I paid for your employees to make a mistake and a bad job at locating the tank. A more reputable company would have refunded me for making such a huge mistake instead of covering their tracks. At this point I do not want a refund, I do want the Tampa Bay area to know who they are dealing with."
