"Total Air Solutions was the A/C subcontractor for a new-construction project for our business. We have had multiple issues with our units, and one of our units was 'repaired' under warranty over a year ago- but their 'repair' was done incorrectly and has caused a major failure of the unit which is now costing me thousands of dollars to repair through another company. Repeated attempts to contact Total Air have fallen on deaf ears. I have asked for a return call from a manager or owner for months on this one issue. I cannot recommend this company for commercial work at all. While their technicians are all friendly, they seem to be overworked and in some of our experiences, not properly trained to work on units they have installed. Our next step is likely to file suit in small claims court, as they refuse to respond to my calls or emails on the subject to discuss the matter openly and respectfully."

"Great company! Clean, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have the bi-annual routine maintenance service with Total Air and know my AC is on tip-top condition whenever they leave. Wilder came to complete my most recent routine maintenance and was excellent. He took his shoes off in the house (without me asking) and was sure to keep things clean during his service. When he was done, I could hardly tell he was here except for seeing my system clean outside (he sprayed the outside unit down to ensure it kept its sparkling clean look). Thank you Wilder and the entire crew at TAS! You guys rock!"
